Mark Wolter
Investment Manager
Mark Wolter is the founder of Wolter Wealth Management and brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a co-creator of the Gather&Preserve® framework, developed collaboratively to provide a disciplined approach to modern wealth management focused on navigating evolving market environments.
At WWM, Mark works collaboratively within the firm’s money management process, emphasizing risk awareness, data-driven decision-making, and thoughtful portfolio construction. The firm’s investment approach is designed to adapt as market conditions change while remaining aligned with each client’s goals.
Mark holds a degree in accounting from Eastern Illinois University and has built his career around helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions through a wide range of market cycles. His work is grounded in integrity, transparency, and long-term client relationships.
Outside the office, Mark is a proud father of four adult children and a grandfather. He values health, lifelong learning, and personal growth—principles that inform both his life and his professional work.
Jackie Bramel
Investment Manager
Jackie Bramel is an investment manager at Wolter Wealth Management and plays a key role in the firm’s portfolio construction, trading discipline, and investment processes. She has been instrumental in refining how strategies are implemented, monitored, and managed across changing market environments.
Working closely with Mark Wolter, Jackie contributes directly to the development and execution of the firm’s investment models and is a co-creator of the firm’s Gather&Preserve® framework, with a focus on structure, risk awareness, and consistency.
Her approach blends analytical thinking with an understanding of market realities, helping ensure that investment decisions are both intentional and repeatable.
Outside the office, Jackie is committed to continuous learning and personal growth, believing that curiosity and discipline strengthen both her work as an investment manager and her life at home. She values time with her family and maintaining an active lifestyle.
